Central Environmental Inc. has extensive experience in both Design and construction of utilities including water, gas, sewer, storm including related infrastructure such as utilidors, tanks, pump stations, distribution, reservoirs and treatment systems.

CEI also provides maintenance, reconstruction and rehabilitation services of the same utilities CEI’s experience includes utility distribution systems such as water and sewer systems, heat distribution, petroleum and gas pipelines, steam and condensate systems, and other similar distribution systems.

Our utility design and construction team uses some of the most advanced survey equipment on the market. In addition to the CAD software, our survey staff utilizes sophisticated equipment such as Robotic Total (RTS) Stations, Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and GIS to perform accurate surveys and document crucial data of the site.

We use advanced GIS-tools, to enhance quantitative analysis, visualization, topography, rights-of-way and field data to systematically model, measure, and visualize issues with the utilities design process.

The ability to self-perform the vast majority of these projects using our in-house teams, translates into additional control over the scheduling, cost and quality ultimately of great benefit to our clients.
